There are two types of memberships: non-voting and voting. In either case, one can only be a member if they act consistent with FACTS' purpose.

Whether a person is a voting or non-voting member, dues are $25.00 each year.  New members to the organization receive a free t-shirt with membership.

Voting members, must participate at FACTS chapter meetings and be an active participant of their local chapter.

If you cannot access the form, please include name, address, phone, e-mail address and signature in a letter indicating that you are submitting the letter to acquire or retain your membership in FACTS.

Annual payments should be made by check payable to FACTS and sent with membership forms to:
