In November of 1998 I was pulled over for a traffic stop.  A small amount of marijuana was found in my possession and I was detained then one of the officers found a gun in the car.  I did not know the gun was there. During my trial the person who had placed the firearm in my car took the stand and admitted that it was his gun and that I did not know he had placed it there.  The jury did not believe him and I was given 25 years to LIFE.  I have been no angel and have made some poor decisions leading up to this point in my life, but how much time is enough?
