I received my 3rd strike for tossing a beer can at a security guard and a 40 second high speed chase.  There were no injuries involved. My first two strikes were for burglaries of unoccupied dwellings.  My family and I spent over $300,000 on attorneys fees but 10 lawyers couldn’t keep me from getting 27 years to LIFE and sent to a 6 foot by 12 foot prison cell to live like an animal for the rest of my life--THAT is the crime!!  murderers and others who have committed violent crimes have received lighter sentences than I got.  Even a child molester recently received only 2 years. Let the time fit the crime!
