I want people who are in danger of following in my footsteps to realize and understand how little it takes to be handed a life sentence under California’s unjust and unfair Three Strikes Law!  I am in my tenth year serving this LIFE sentence for receiving stolen property and driving a car without the owner’s consent. I had borrowed a car to drop off some friends.  I was pulled over and found I was driving a stolen car.  I had no idea the car had been stolen nor that I would be charged for receiving stolen property.  There is no way this punishment fits the crime!  This law must be amended!
